1.2. Your personal information is PRIVATE! All information we receive from you via our website, email, telephone and in person (name, address, billing information, etc.) and all transactions shall remain confidential!

A. Two exceptions to 1.3. above:
1. Shall be given to Law Enforcement and our attorney, when necessary, for criminal investigation and prosecution of incidents such as theft, failure to pay, trespass, etc.
2. Shall be given to the appropriate authorities when we are served with proper legal documents issued by a Court of Law governed under the statutes of the State of Colorado or United States Federal Court.
a. These documents shall be verified before we release any information.
b. The information released shall be limited to ONLY what is specified in the legal documents, NOTHING more!
B. Rebel Ranch, a Colorado Corporation, complies with the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States of America.
C. We comply with the guidelines and requirements of agencies we are certified by and the organizations we are members of.
D. Reference 1.3.A. above, we do NOT respond to, nor comply with requests for your information from other states or entities, neither foreign nor domestic, without a state of Colorado or US federal court order!
1.4. Regardless of where you reside, ANY and ALL court actions we are forced to take for ranch or personal business, such as recovering money owed us, or for any other reason, shall be conducted within the court system of Canyon City, Fremont County Colorado, or the Federal Court in Colorado, closest to Canyon City.
1.4.1. In addition to the settlement owed us, All court costs, legal fees, lodging, any costs incurred for travel, fuel, meals and any other expense we incur, shall be included in the case and reimbursed to us.
1.4.2. If we meet with you to discuss, or collect fees owed us, any costs incurred for travel, fuel, meals and any other expense we incur in the case, shall be reimbursed to us.
1.5 Our Commitment to Data Security is to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information. We have established appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you. This information, including products or services you ordered, is kept in a stand-alone computer that is NEVER connected to the internet or networked with other devices.
1.6. Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important.
A. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information from those we know are under 18 years of age, without parental consent (we speak directly with the parent).
B. We shall NOT sell our products to persons under 18 years of age, without parental consent (we speak directly with the parent).

2. Sales:
2.1. Orders and requests for our sales items can be made;
A. On the phone. If you receive a voicemail, please leave a message. Please include your phone number and the best time for us to contact you.

C. Using our online shopping cart when installed on the website.
2.2. All sales items are listed on our website "Sales" page and are constantly changing. Because of this, we do NOT publish a catalog. Check our website's "Sales" page for up-to-date information.

3. Information we collect:
3.1. The following information is collected on initial contact:
A. Your Name
B. Your Company or Business name (if a company or business is ordering)
C. Contact information, i.e., phone number and email address
3.2. The following information is collected for every sale:
A. Shipping address
B. Payment information
C. Any additional information needed to fulfill your order.

4. Payment:
4.1. All payments shall be in United States Dollars. There are No exceptions!
4.2. Online payments via our website using Debit and Credit cards will be set up soon. Additional information will be posted here when we are set up with either PayPal or a Merchant Account to accept credit cards.
4.3. For telephone and in-person orders:
A. We will accept Cash, Money orders, Cashier's checks or Certified bank checks payable to Rebel Ranch.
B. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to past problems, we cannot accept personal checks. If you send a personal check, it will be returned to you, and your order will not be processed.
4.4. Shipment will be made after the payment is received.
4.5. If service has been performed and merchandise shipped/delivered and payment is denied for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) or any other reason, any fees the bank charges us will be passed on to you with an additional charge of $35 plus court costs and legal fees incurred in recouping money owed us. See 1.4.1 and 1.4.2 above.
4.6. All court actions we are forced to take to recover money owed us, or for any other reason, shall be conducted within the court system of Canyon City, Fremont County, Colorado, regardless of where you reside.

5. Shipment:
5.1. Orders are normally packaged and shipped within five business days of receiving payment confirmation.
5.2. Due to the number of orders received between Thanksgiving and Christmas, shipping your order could take up to 10 business days.
A. We shall strive to make your shipment as soon as possible.
B. Because your satisfaction is very important to us, please allow us the time to ship during our busy season.
C. The shipping companies are very busy between Thanksgiving and New Year's, and after your shipment leaves us, it could take longer for it to arrive. We have no control over your order once it is in the shipping company's possession.
5.3. You will be advised if your order is back-ordered, or the shipment is delayed leaving us.
5.4. ALL online and mail order items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS)! These shipments are based on weight and Zip code.
5.4.1. At this time, shipment via the US Postal Service (Post Office) is NOT an option!
Why is the US Mail not an option, you ask?
They have been late and either lost or damaged too many of our shipments! Their tracking information is not being updated on their website in a timely manner, or at all. When asked about it, a Postmaster told me they, "don't scan every tracked item at each location." What good is tracking if it's not scanned? We don't want to use the postal service because they lose things and can't deliver undamaged merchandise on time, their lack of up-to-date tracking information, ever-increasing prices, and other issues.
We have NEVER had any problems using UPS, or FEDEX (it just costs a bit more). They deliver on time and their tracking information is always up-to-date!
However, if you insist on shipping via the US mail, it is at your own risk! See 6.6 below.
5.5. All shipments shall have a return receipt so we can track them. When ordering, please include your e-mail address so we can inform you of the tracking number when we ship your order.

6. Refunds:
6.1. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased from us, please contact us within five business days of delivery.
A. The shipping company tracking number shall determine the delivery date.
6.2. Returns must be authorized in advance if you wish to receive a refund.
A. Contact us for a "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) within five (5) business days of product delivery.
B. The Return Authorization Number expires at five (5) business days of issue. If the item to be returned is not shipped within this time frame, returns are no longer authorized and there are NO refunds.
1. A shipping company tracking number is required on all returns to indicate the return shipping date.
2. The return item's shipping company tracking number shall be sent to us.
C. No returns for refunds are accepted after five business days of delivery to you unless an RAN has been issued. See 6.1. and 6.2. above.
D. An RAN is required for refunds. NO REFUNDS on returned products without an RAN!
E. The shipping company tracking number shall be used to determine the delivery date.
6.3. There are NO REFUNDS on eatable products; honey, fruit, nuts, etc.
6.4. There are NO REFUNDS on consumable products; lip balms, soap, etc, unless unused, unopened and our packaging safety seal is secure and unbroken.
6.5. There are NO REFUNDS on beef taken to the processing plant (Butcher).
6.6. There are NO REFUNDS and NO REPLACEMENTS for shipments via the US mail that are lost, damaged, delayed, etc.! See 5.4.1 above.
6.7. Please note: Shipping costs are NOT refundable and return shipping is at YOUR expense.

7.1. If you use our services or purchase our products, we encourage you to send us your Testimonial to be placed on our website.
7.2. Please limit them to about 200 words or less.
7.3. To protect your privacy, you will remain anonymous. Unless you authorize the use of your first and last name, you shall be listed as one of the following (your choice):
